I'm a professional grief educator & trauma-informed grief coach, and the published author of Restorative Grief. Audiences can expect to receive new insights, techniques, and tools gathered and framed to support themselves in their role as a griever or a grief supporter.

I'm available for seminars and workshops as a grief educator, allowing listeners to ask questions and guiding them through practical applications of grief support techniques through mindfulness and embodiment exercises.

I also specialize in teaching faith communities how to effectively support grievers without causing harm or spiritually bypassing loss.
