The training that I deliver focuses on reducing employee conflicts and tensions so that employees can spend more time being productive and less time resolving conflicts. I do this by introducing companies and employees to the Color Code personality theory. During the training four personality types are introduced, along with their strengths and weaknesses, and how to communicate and get along with each type. After the training, teams become more productive.

Miek is also former member of Vocal Professionals Toastmaster Public Speaking organization, and a former member of the North Texas Chapter of the National Speakers Association.
Miek spent 20 years in Corporate America a Trainer/Instructional Designer. Miek has spoken to more than 15,000 individuals from all walks of life.
