Rebecka L. Forrester

I have had the pleasure of having Rebecka Forrester present twice at a conference I once helped organize. The first time was in Charleston, South Carolina in 2012, and she connected so well with the audience that we brought her back to our New Orleans event in 2014. Rebecka speaks with confidence and warmth. She not only has technical expertise across a variety of fields, but she is able to break down concepts into digestible actions and inspire others to take those actions. Rebecka's value went beyond her stage time as our attendees continued to build community among themselves by deciding how they could encourage one another in the ways she motivated them.

We invited Rebecka to speak at our companies annual sales and management meetings in Southern California. Rebecka and I had a few conversations prior to coming to the meetings to better understand our company culture etc. From those conversations she was able to develop an impressive speech that touch what makes a great company, how to create a great company culture, what it takes to be a great manager/leader, and what makes a great sales person. We received extremely positive feedback from our employees and were extremely happy with the result! We hope to have her come in again for a future company event!

Best speaker of the conference. Rebecka's pacing was amazing, kept my interest 100% of the time. Loved her honesty and most importantly her topic related to all companies...big or small.
