Dr. Mark Fulmer is an author, journalist and speaker and has been a guest on several conservative talk-show programs including Debbie Georgatos America, Can We Talk and Scott Laird’s Rood Awakening TV. He is a U.S. Army veteran and was previously in counterterrorism operations serving as a bioterrorism emergency preparedness planner for local and state governments for nearly 20 years. Dr. Fulmer previously worked closely with Homeland Security Fusion Intelligence Centers and the FBI’s special WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) Units. In addition to working with bio surveillance programs, he served as an advisor on the North Texas Council of Governments Regional Emergency Preparedness Council.
At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic Dr. Fulmer retired early from his field to become one of the earliest whistleblowers on the gain of function research collaboration of several key US agencies along with Communist China. His investigative research led to him writing The Wuhan Incident: Bioweapons & the Emerging Global Reset. He appeared on stage with medical freedom activists such as Dr. Robert Malone and Dr. Peter McCullough exposing the pseudo-science of global elites and big pharma. Dr. Fulmer’s latest book, The Proxy War in Ukraine: A Geopolitical Strategy of the Global Elites, examines the geopolitical implications of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the current war.
Dr. Fulmer founded Real Geopolitiks, which provides cutting edge geopolitical research and commentary, and investigative journalism on global events. His organization partners with former military intelligence and U.S. intelligence agency professionals for his investigative research as well as international geopolitical experts. If a video can be produced of my presentation, will require that lighting be adequate for HD quality video. AV system will need to support the projection of MS Power Point slides with the ability to play embedded video with adequate sound. Slide deck needs to be supported via flash drive media or my external laptop PC with access to a portable remote (clicker) for the speaker to advance the slides and to have control over his media. Mike sound system needs to be checked for audio quality.
