I’m Lori Santarsiere, a speaker and real estate sales mentor based in Tampa. I help agents learn how to grow their business without breaking the bank, using creative, no-cost strategies that generate leads and build momentum.
My most-requested presentation, “Zero-Budget Sales: How to Grow Your Real Estate Business Without Spending a Fortune,” is a practical, motivational session perfect for team meetings, association events, or workshops. Agents walk away with immediately usable strategies that boost results without relying on costly marketing.

My services will require a microphone if the group of attendees is more than 40 people. For 40 or less, I can speak loudly enough so everyone can hear. A stage isn't necessary for smaller groups. Round table discussions are just as successful as large group presentations.

During my 12 years in the business I have attended many events and conferences that had a motivational speaker. Sometimes I left there feeling motivated, other times I left feeling like I wasted my time (and some times my money).
