Hiring him for our family party made the event so special for kids and parents alike. Santa went out of his way to make sure he got details on each child and really took his time while at my house so it didn’t feel rushed and every kid felt special. The smiles were priceless

December 26, 2025So happy we booked!
We are so happy we booked with Real Bearded Santa for our Christmas Eve surprise. From the moment we booked, we knew we were in good hands. Real Bearded Santa asked to know a little bit about each kid who would be there. We bought a few small toys for him to give out during the visit. He as on time. Communicated prior to arriving. Was warm and jolly. All the kids (and adults) were surprised and thrilled. He shared what he knew about each kid and gave out toys. And took pictures. I old highly recommend for a memorable event! Thank you again to Real Bearded Santa!

December 7, 2025A great visit from Real Bearded Santa!
We were so impressed with the Real Bearded Santa we hired! He was incredibly personable and had such a realistic presence that the children were captivated from the moment he arrived. What truly set him apart was the thoughtfulness he showed before the event—he took the time to learn about each child and even prepared a special book with personal notes to bring with him. The kids were absolutely amazed, and it made the experience feel truly magical. We couldn’t have asked for a better Santa!

January 8, 2024Terrific Christmas Eve!
Santa was absolutely wonderful! He came right on time. Prior to his visit with our family he emailed me to get a few details about the children so that he could open his "naughty/nice" book and say something nice about each child. He then handed out presents and sang carols with our family.
I would highly recommend him for your Christmas celebration!

What to expect
When you book a visit or video call with Santa, you’re inviting genuine Christmas magic into your home or event. I take tremendous pride in creating authentic, heartwarming experiences that children and families will treasure for years to come. Every interaction is carefully crafted to maintain the wonder and enchantment that makes Santa so beloved.
**Before Your Visit or Call**
The magic begins even before we meet. Once you’ve booked your experience, I’ll reach out to gather important details about your child or event. I want to know names, ages, interests, special achievements, wish list items, and any behavioral goals you’d like Santa to encourage. This preparation allows me to personalize every moment and create genuine surprise when children realize Santa truly knows who they are.
For families with children who have special needs, sensory sensitivities, or specific requirements, please share this information in advance. I’m experienced working with children across all abilities and can adjust my approach, volume, energy level, and interaction style to ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
I’ll also confirm logistics: timing, location for in-person visits, technical setup for video calls, and any special requests you might have. Want Santa to arrive with sleigh bells jingling? Need him to mention a recently lost tooth or great report card? I’m happy to accommodate requests that enhance the magic while maintaining Santa’s authentic character.
**In-Person Home Visits**
When Santa arrives at your home, expect promptness and professionalism wrapped in holiday cheer. I arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure I’m ready precisely when expected. I come fully dressed in traditional, high-quality Santa attire—plush red velvet suit, genuine leather belt and boots, white gloves, and real beard. Everything about my appearance reflects the classic, timeless Santa children recognize and love.
My entrance sets the tone for the entire visit. I might arrive with sleigh bells, a hearty “Ho ho ho!” and perhaps mention Rudolph waiting outside. The goal is to create immediate wonder—this is THE Santa Claus who has traveled from the North Pole specifically to see your family.
Once inside, I take time to genuinely connect with each child. I don’t rush through scripted lines or treat this as a photo opportunity to hurry through. Instead, I settle into a comfortable spot, invite children to sit with me, and engage in real conversation. I’ll ask about their year, friends, favorite subjects in school, and hobbies. I’ll reference specific details I learned beforehand, watching their eyes widen as Santa mentions their soccer tournament, their pets name, or their excellent progress in reading.
This personalization transforms a pleasant encounter into pure magic. When a child realizes Santa truly knows them—not just generic facts, but real, specific details about their life—the wonder in their expression is indescribable. Parents often tell me this moment, more than anything else, cemented their child’s belief and created a cherished memory.
I’m mindful of different comfort levels among children. Some run up eagerly and climb right into Santa’s lap, chattering away without pause. Others are shy, tentative, or even nervous about meeting this larger-than-life figure. I never force interaction. If a child prefers to sit near their parent or maintain distance, that’s perfectly fine. I’ll adjust my approach, perhaps speaking more softly, letting them warm up at their own pace, or directing conversation through parents initially until the child feels comfortable.
For very young children who might be frightened, I modify my energy level and volume, use gentler body language, and give them all the time they need. Sometimes magic happens when we let children observe from a safe distance, watching Santa interact warmly with others until their curiosity overcomes hesitation. I’ve had countless experiences where a timid child who started clinging to a parent ended the visit sitting on Santa’s lap, giggling and sharing secrets.
During our time together, I’ll discuss wish lists with genuine interest and enthusiasm. I won’t make promises about specific gifts—I always defer to parents by mentioning that some toys are very popular this year and the elves are working hard, or that Santa and parents work together to make Christmas special. However, I’ll respond to their wishes with delight, perhaps mentioning which workshop at the North Pole creates certain toys or which elf specializes in particular items.
I love incorporating positive reinforcement naturally into our conversation. If parents have mentioned behavioral goals—like completing homework without complaints, being kind to siblings, or helping around the house—I’ll weave these into our discussion. Santa might mention hearing good reports about sharing, or encourage continued kindness, or acknowledge improvements they’ve made. This feels organic rather than lecturing, and children often respond remarkably well to Santa’s gentle guidance.
Storytime is another wonderful element I can include if desired. I carry classic Christmas tales and love sharing stories about life at the North Pole, the reindeer’s personalities, or memorable Christmas Eve deliveries. Children are captivated by stories that bring Santa’s world to life, and these narratives add depth and richness to the experience.
Photos are an important part of the visit, and I’m happy to pose for as many pictures as you’d like. I’ll suggest various poses—formal portraits, candid shots during conversation, children whispering wishes in Santa’s ear, everyone laughing together, or whatever captures your family’s spirit. I understand these photos will be treasured for generations, so I want them to be perfect. I’ll wait patiently while you get the lighting right, adjust positioning, or coax children into frame.
If you have special requests for photos—perhaps recreating a picture from a previous year, coordinating with holiday pajamas, or including beloved pets—just let me know. I’m flexible and want to ensure you capture exactly what you envision.
Gift presentation is another aspect I handle with care. If you’d like Santa to deliver gifts during the visit, please have them ready beforehand. I’ll present them with fanfare and excitement, perhaps pulling them from my special bag while explaining that the elves packed these early since I was coming to visit. Watching children’s faces light up as they receive something directly from Santa’s hands adds another layer of enchantment.
Throughout the visit, I remain fully in character, maintaining Santa’s warm, jolly, grandfatherly demeanor. I speak with the gentle authority of someone who has spent centuries bringing joy to children, coupled with genuine affection and interest in each child as an individual. My goal is for children to feel truly seen, heard, and valued by Santa—not just another name on a list, but someone special.
As our time together winds down, I’ll prepare children for my departure without breaking the magic. Santa has many families to visit, many preparations still happening at the North Pole, and reindeer who need tending. I’ll remind them about good behavior, encourage continued kindness, and perhaps leave them with a special reminder that Christmas magic grows stronger when we share love and joy with others.
**Video Calls**
Video calls have become a wonderful way to bring Santa’s magic to families regardless of distance, health concerns, scheduling challenges, or other circumstances. I’ve refined virtual visits to be just as enchanting and personal as in-person appearances.
Before our scheduled call, I prepare just as thoroughly as I would for a home visit. I’ll gather all the personal information you’ve shared about your child and confirm the technical platform you prefer—Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet, or others.
My setup is designed to create the most magical visual experience possible. I conduct video calls from a carefully decorated space that evokes the North Pole—featuring a fireplace, Christmas tree, wrapped presents, holiday decorations, and cozy, warm lighting. The background suggests Santa is calling from his workshop or personal quarters at the North Pole, adding authenticity and immersion.
When our call connects, children see Santa in full regalia appearing on their screen, waving cheerfully and greeting them by name with genuine excitement. Many children are amazed that Santa can use technology to reach them, sometimes joking about elves setting up Santa’s computer or wondering if there’s Wi-Fi at the North Pole.
The structure of video calls mirrors in-person visits. I engage in real, meaningful conversation, asking about their year, activities, friends, and interests. I reference personal details I’ve learned beforehand, creating magical moments of recognition. The screen doesn’t create distance emotionally—I’m warm, engaged, fully present, and focused entirely on making each child feel special.
Video calls often include interactive elements that make them especially engaging. I might give children a “tour” of my workshop by moving my camera to show different areas. I might call in Mrs. Claus to say hello or show them a glimpse of the reindeer through a window. I can hold up my Nice List and make a show of finding their name, or display a letter they sent earlier in the season.
For families with multiple children, I ensure each child receives individual attention during the call. I’ll address them by name, ask specific questions relevant to each one, and make sure everyone feels included and valued.
**Professional Reliability**
Professionalism is paramount. I arrive on time, come fully prepared, maintain character throughout, and adapt to your family’s needs. I’m patient, kind, and genuinely invested in creating magical moments. References from past appearances are available upon request.
Whether in person or via video call, my commitment is to deliver an authentic, memorable Santa experience that creates lasting joy and wonder for your entire family.
