I teach audiences how to reframe adversity of any kind and how to turn it into a catalyst for creative growth and self-empowerment! We all have neglected seeds of potential! I want to help cultivate those seeds!

Hey there, I'm Raj, and I'm not your typical inspiration speaker. In fact, I'm screwed—literally! You see, I have screws in my neck, a reminder of the incredible challenges I've overcome in my life. But instead of letting them hold me back, I've transformed them into a source of strength and motivation.

I grew up with a sense of brokenness and felt like a robot running low on batteries. But it wasn't my disability that disabled me. What truly disabled me and robbed me of my potential and happiness was the story that I had crafted about myself. A story of not-enoughness.

​Then I reframed my adversity and harnessed an empowering story of who I was. I discovered the power of courage, compassion, creativity, and confidence. I saw a profound change in my life.
Now, I am driven to help others break free of what holds them back so that they too can find the strongest version of themselves.

My journey has been marked by years of medical challenges and living with a disability. Yet, through sheer determination and a resilient spirit, I've harnessed my personal strategies and insights to create a powerful blend of inspiration, strategy, and humor that I bring to the stage.

But that's not all—I've also got a unique background as a professor and filmmaker. Drawing from my experience in academia and the world of film, I weave together compelling narratives that captivate audiences. I believe that storytelling has the power to ignite transformation and awaken the dormant potential within each of us.
