Overview
• $75/hr for bartending (I take home $47/hr after taxes and Gigsalad fees)
• $45 round trip travel fee to CT ($25 gas and tolls and $10 per hour driving time).
• $30 travel fee to towns south of Mahwah, NJ or North of Blauvelt, NY
• $75 travel fee for Long Island / $100 for Hamptons areas

I wish I could have one of Roxi’s Cosmos every time I go out lol. She’s a wonderful bartender and an even better event planner. She helped me plan flowers for my wedding and they were outrageously beautiful. I later found out she used to support Diana Ross and Jane Fonda in LA with their interiors and floral design. She casually mentioned this at one of my parties that she was bartending - never even brought it up while she was planning my florals. Talented and humble. You’re a star, girl!

Listen, if you want someone detail oriented and funny, Roxi is your woman. Corporate mogul by day, bartender extraordinaire on the weekends. She makes the best Sazeracs, martinis, and tropical cocktails ever. I’ve hired her for countless parties over the years. She can chat up and delight any crowd from lawyers to college students. Either way, the drinks are always ridiculously good.

I first met Roxi when I booked her for a company dinner party I hosted in my home back in 2018. She helped me plan my liquor list beforehand, provided a fantastic catering referral, arrived 15 minutes before her scheduled time, and even played with my dogs to keep them out of my way while I was setting things up! I have since hired her for 5 more events, and she never fails to wow me with her kindness and skill. Thank you Roxi, you're the best. :)

Love Roxi’s vibe! Extremely attentive, friendly, and warm hearted. It makes such a difference to have a bartender with a good attitude. She has bartended a farm wedding, a 50th birthday party, and a summer pool party/luau for my family. She’s pretty much out default go-to when we have special occasions, and she knows a lot of talented people in the event planning industry.

What to expect
Hello, I'm open to a Zoom video chat to discuss your event! You can expect top-notch bartending services with friendliness and a smile. :) I bartend both intimate dinner parties (up to 20 guests) and larger events (up to 100 guests).
Information about additional services and fees:
• Fees depend on the size of the host's guest list, hours worked, and the nature of the event
• I can support hosts in creating a shopping list based on the type of cocktails they would like. The list collaboration fee is $30. Hosts will need to have the liquor on site when I arrive.
• If a host is tight on time, the additional service of a liquor store shopping is available for a fee of $30 (per 10 bottles carried), ** plus the cost of all liquor purchased** (cash or physical credit card must be handed to me prior to shopping - no reimbursements permitted). A $30 list creation fee would also apply, if the host prefers I select bottles to be purchased. ($60 total for list creation and shopping, for up to 10 bottles).
• Hosts: please have bar area set up with ice, coolers, cups/glasses, extras such as limes, lemons, salt, sugar, rim decorations, and garnishes such as cherries and olives
• I provide shakers, bottle openers, a muddler, and cocktail making skills.
• Glassware washing services can be provided at an additional $20/hour, otherwise used glassware will be placed in a location the host designates ahead of the party (Ie: next to the kitchen sink). Please note that I am not responsible for broken glassware. Please select your glassware carefully based on the size of your crowd and nature of your event. It's always a wise idea to use disposable or hard plastic cups (especially outdoors)!
• Locations over 5 miles incur a gas and toll surcharge, added to total balance. For transparency, I use TollGuru to calculate the round-trip total. My location is Nyack, NY if you'd like to check the round-trip cost ahead of time.
