January 30, 2025Erik spoke to a group of engineering and construction leadership professionals on the topic of creativity. Erik did a phenomenal job of engaging with the audience and encouraging them to create time and space to be creative, all while entertaining the group through his speech. He masterfully weaved in his own personal story to encourage those in a far different career path than Erik. Erik even crafted one of his famous Ten Minute Tunes as a live demonstration of his own creative process. His speech ended with roaring applause and a standing ovation, which is a very difficult feat in front of a group of structured/regimented engineers. I would highly recommend Erik and actively look for opportunities to further include him in similar opportunities.
