I spoke in depth with Rachelle prior to our event. She sent an email over on PayPal, which was promptly paid. We talked the Wednesday before our event, she sent over custom menus with signature drinks she was going to have at our Casino Night. The day of, I reached out to confirm when she'd arrive so I could look out for her and was completely ghosted. None of my phone calls, voicemails, text messages and emails have been returned and she never showed up for the event. I now have to dispute charges and hope for a refund since she was a no show. I do not recommend at all.
