I'm currently booking shows and venues in Las Vegas, and am a pianist at the wedding chapels at Revere Golf Club, Mandalay Bay, Aria Resort, Caesars Palace, Paris Hotel, Planet Hollywood, & other properties on the Las Vegas Strip. I perform as a solo pianist, piano with vocals, as a duo with a guitarist and as a trio with bass and drums. I was so nervous as I am from out of town and didn’t know where to start when it came to finding entertainment until I found Rachel. She came fully self equipped to the restaurant and was so easy to work with. Showed up with plenty of time and performed amazing! She curated her own playlist and it was amazing/flowed beautifully and took so much pressure off of me to try and decide what songs to put together. She has over 25 years of experience as a performer, specializing in pop/rock, jazz, r&b, and Latin music on keys & vocals. She is Founder, Co-Owner & Executive Director of Musicians Peer Support - a group of music industry creatives sharing resources, information & experiences to uplift and empower the indie artist community.
In 2010, Rachel, together with her husband EJ Delgado (Blue Man Group), formed the indie rock band, Earth Rising. All songs are composed, arranged, recorded and produced by both Rachel and EJ and features Rachel on vocals and wurlitzer, with EJ on guitar and bass. Their self-titled debut album includes original songs highlighted by several Blue Man Group drummers. The album is co-produced and mixed by Thaddeus Corea, and mastered by Grammy Award-winning master engineer Dave Cooley of Elysian Masters.
