What to expect

When choosing Queen City Planners for your event, you can always expect at least TWO coordinators to render all necessary tasks. With that being said, we offer a plethora of add-on services (listed below) that you may choose to attach to your event package.

• Vendor contacts (usually pertains
to full-planning packages)
• Vendor negotiations
• Vendor meeting(s) attendance
• Setup (1 hr)/Cleanup (1 hr): Please note that Queen City Planners does not do extensive setup/breakdown (no heavy lifting, lighting, screens/projectors, piping, or draping). We recommend these services be completed by a professional decor vendor, audio/visual, or florist (if desired). However, we do offer table and chair setup/breakdown, centerpieces setup/breakdown, name card/seating chart setup/breakdown, layout look-overs, party favors setup/breakdown, etc.

We are Hannah & Marie, just two friends who met in middle school orchestra and have been inseparable ever since! While we went our separate ways in college, we reunited to combine our passions for helping others and planning and coordinating events. So, let us officially introduce ourselves. We are Queen City Planners, and we are here to bring your visions to life!
