Purpose as the Everyday Hero

When an audience attends one of my talks, they can expect a grounded, engaging experience that blends personal narrative with practical psychological insight. I use the Hero’s Journey as a framework to help individuals understand their own experiences, particularly during periods of struggle, transition, or recovery in a way that feels meaningful and actionable.

My presentations are not purely motivational, nor are they overly clinical. Instead, they strike a balance between the two. I draw from my experience as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, integrating concepts from narrative therapy, stages of change, and existential psychology into a format that is accessible and relevant to a wide range of audiences.
