Dr. Donica Cuspard acts as the Lead Consultant for EmpoweredEd Endeavors, bringing over twenty years of expertise as an educational leader, instructional coach, and professional development specialist. With a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, she is dedicated to empowering educators and leaders by fostering environments that enhance student engagement and support effective instructional leadership, which is the essence of her signature Four E’s Framework.
Having built her career across both public and private sectors on national and international levels, Dr. Cuspard has earned recognition as a dynamic leader and advocate for educational excellence. Her extensive background encompasses roles in international school administration and educational state agencies, alongside participation in and presentations at both international and national conferences, all of which drive her mission to empower educators and leaders.
She provides research-based strategies and data-driven insights that cultivate successful learning environments, ensuring every student can thrive. Her initiatives transform individual projects into meaningful, systemic enhancements.
