Professional Bartender and Event Planner

Sean was very easy to work with and clear about what we needed to provide for our event and what he would provide. Leading up to the event, Sean kept in touch regarding alcohols, mixers, and utilities he would need at the venue.
Although interacting with him minimally in person, my guests provided some constructive feedback that Sean’s mixing skills were inconsistent throughout the evening - at one point providing two of the same drink at the same time prepared with vastly different ratios. Perhaps some measuring tools could be used in the future.

UPDATE:
I see how good communication in a professional relationship is important for success, and looking back on all of our correspondence I see that I answered all questions and requests for information in a time that was fitting for the situation. Our one gap in communication was the time between receiving a list of potential drinks to buy and actually buying them (I could not tell you what we had purchased until we had actually purchased them).
So perhaps I was erroneous in assuming your communication was decent, when clearly there were expectations on your side that had not been communicated adequately, else they would’ve been provided. Not to mention you missing my call at the time we had scheduled isn’t a sign of “good communication”.

But none of these aforementioned issues (regardless of whose side they were on) should have resulted in the poor preparation, inconsistencies, and incredulous attitude my guests experienced at our event — not to mention your defensiveness when faced with any sort of questions about why the drinks were prepared the way they were.

Sean was a lifesaver. After our bartender pulled out of our event last minute, Sean was able to fill in on a couple of hours' notice and brought with him a level of professionalism and attention that heightened the ecperiencer of all of our guests. Finding Sean made all of the stress worth it! I could not recommend him enough!

We had a birthday party at our home for about 35 people. Sean was a true pro serving all kinds of drinks for my guests. He is friendly, personable, and very professional. Sean also provided me a list of items to purchase to make the evening great which helped a lot. Sean even offered to clean up and stay a bit longer for our guests. I would highly recommend Sean for your next event.
