Preston has almost two decades of healthcare leadership experience. Combined with his experience and desire to help others grow, he began speaking to diverse audiences so they too could reach their full leadership potential. Today, through his motivational “4-C” process, he connects with current and future leaders to help them, and their organizations, learn actionable steps they can deploy their own solid framework for successful daily leadership. He does this because that he believes that anyone can be a leader, they just need to learn how to harness their own potential.
