I’m Odarlis Nova, the creative force behind Popcakeberry Creative, a Jersey City–based event styling and balloon décor company specializing in elevated, unforgettable celebrations.

What started as a passion for decorating family parties turned into a full-service creative brand focused on transforming spaces into experiences. I specialize in luxury balloon installations, custom backdrops, shimmer walls, themed setups, baby showers, bridal showers, milestone birthdays, and corporate events.

My approach is hands-on and detail-driven. I believe every celebration deserves intention, beauty, and personalization. From intimate gatherings to large-scale events, I work closely with clients to bring their vision to life with professionalism, creativity, and care.

Over the years, I’ve built Popcakeberry Creative on faith, resilience, and self-taught knowledge—constantly learning, evolving, and pushing creative boundaries. My goal is simple: create moments people will never forget.

Popcakeberry Creative provides full balloon décor, backdrop installations, and event styling services. Below are our standard technical requirements to ensure a smooth and safe setup:

• Setup access required 2–3 hours prior to event start time (depending on installation size).
• Clear installation area must be available upon arrival.
• Access to at least one standard 110V electrical outlet within 25 feet for lighting, shimmer walls, and specialty features (if applicable).
• For larger installations (stages, shimmer walls, full backdrops), a minimum space of 6–10 feet width and 7–10 feet height clearance is recommended.
• Indoor setups are preferred. Outdoor installations require a flat surface and protection from extreme wind, rain, or direct heat.
• Client or venue must confirm load-in access (elevator, stairs, parking, loading dock).
• Client is responsible for venue permissions and compliance with venue policies.

Safety & Liability:
All structures are secured and installed professionally. Client assumes responsibility for damage caused by guests, venue staff, or weather conditions after setup is complete.

Teardown:
Standard breakdown is included unless otherwise arranged. Late-night breakdown or next-day pickup may require additional fee.
