To ensure a smooth and successful setup, we ask that clients provide the following information and arrangements before their event:

• Setup Space: A clean, clear, and accessible area for our décor and rental setup.
• Venue Access: Access to the event space with enough time to complete the setup before guests arrive.
• Setup Location: Please let us know if the event is indoors or outdoors and whether there are stairs or other access limitations.
• Outdoor Events: A tent or suitable covered area is required for outdoor balloon décor to help protect it from direct sunlight and weather conditions.
• Electrical Access: Access to a nearby electrical outlet may be needed for certain illuminated décor or marquee numbers.
• Venue Requirements: Clients are responsible for confirming venue rules, setup restrictions, and any certificate of insurance (COI) requirements before booking.

Additional requirements may vary depending on the event, décor selections, and rental items. We will coordinate setup details with you in advance to help ensure everything is ready for your special occasion.
