January 2, 2022We booked barn yard buddies for our daughters 1st birthday party and I am so glad we did. She had a blast, and let’s be honest so did the adults! All of the animals were so sweet and docile, and the owner of the company was so knowledgeable about each animal and was answering all of our questions. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

April 29, 2021There are no words which can express adequately our gratitude for an experience so far outside the realm of the traditional petting zoo our family was able to experience with Barnyard Buddies. The story behind them is so personal, and due to a Veteran who personally discovered the value of healing through a love and commitment to animals in need. This was an invitation to engage with rescues, who in turn are not just part of a hired event, but which are now therapy animals for victims of tragedy, Veterans with PTSD, and chronic pain. All I can say, is that when Herbert and Herbie arrive, ask them about each animal and their story, and you will receive much more then an opportunity to love and hold these beautiful creatures, but to experience a life lesson in selflessness and grace applied in the most unusual of ways.

Moolan was so surprisingly at home in your back yard and for her first day interacting with someone outside the farm she did amazing. October 7, 2020This is a long overdue review. I booked Barn Yard buddies last year in 2019 for my daughters 5th birthday. Their quote was the most reasonable and you really get so much for the amount you pay. I was so pleased with their excellent customer service they where super friendly, punctual and professional. My daughter and her friends where so happy and amazed with all the animals. I have been recommending them to all my friends and will hopefully use them again in the near future. Thank you for the excellent experience.

July 26, 2020The owners were nice but the kids were either to big or to small to go on a pony ride their was a lot of confusion in the beginning whether it was a pony or a unicorn, and which pony it was. Wasn’t able to get cute pictures the pony just wanted to eat the grass

We bring our furbabies to you. We offer ponies, piggies, lambs, mini goats, mini donkies, mini zebu, ducks, mini chickens, fancy chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and alpacas. Our staff handles (spoils) all animals on a daily basis so they are gentle and kid friendly.
We provide safe and kids friendly ponies and petting zoos for creating amazing and magical memories for our communities children. We are a family run business who raise all our animals responsibly and ethically. When you book with us we are who shows up and you deal with the whole time. We do not send out hired hands. We pride ourselves on our adherence to our family minded values. We treat all our fur babies as family and love to share them with the public so they can experience the joy of interacting with farm animals. We are insured, inspected and licenced. We have a set fee of $199.00 for the first hour for a pony or a petting zoo. For additional add on's of hours or ponies etc it is $100.00 per. I.E. 2 ponies 2 hours $499.00. We are running a spring special of 2 ponies and a full petting zoo for $450.00 a savings of $249.00. We do have a travel fee of $50.00 to cover gas for events over 25 miles away up to 100 miles. Events over 100 miles can be negotiated. We arrive early and set up. Your time will then begin giving you the true hours you book. Once the time has elasped we clean up and leave no mess behind. We do not have extra fees for shavings or providing shade as this is our responsibility its part of caring for our animals.

most of our petting zoo set ups only require a 10x10 area. Ponies can be led in back yards, sidewalks of we even bring cones so we can utilize cul-de-sac if available.
