Caroline can play many songs by ear, even if she has only heard them once or twice. She plays at weddings, museums, churches, and for fun and is looking for opportunities to continue to share the gift of music with others. Pop covers, classical music, and background music for parties are her primary musical offerings.

Caroline was a delight to have at our annual fundraising Gala. She was even earlier than we expected her to be. She was professional and brought a great arrangement of options to play. Would highly recommend.

About
Caroline Abels (Play by Ear Piano) is a pianist and violinist who has been practicing and performing music since her first violin lesson in 2006. Over her time as a musician, she has performed for a variety of events: the Omaha Symphony for their Christmas Celebration as a Young Violinist, concerts with the Omaha Area Youth Orchestra, special events at museums in the Omaha and Lincoln area, several weddings and most recently a Fundraiser Gala. Flexible as a soloist or group member, she frequently performs with Chelsea Abels (Abels Music).

Setlists can be customized to the event theme and coordinator needs! Caroline arranges the majority of the covers she plays herself (thus the name, Play by Ear) and is willing to learn new pieces from simple to the moderately advanced range.
