Pinpoint

Pinpoint was born out of their love for great LIVE easy listening and jazz club style music. Their repertoire includes literally hundreds of better-known tunes, a fusion of various musical genres including Pop Classics, Smooth Rock, Easy Listening, Latin, and Smooth Jazz. They play a nostalgic mix of well-known songs such as The Girl from Ipanema (Stan Getz), What A Wonderful World (Louie Armstrong), Do It Again (Steely Dan), Every Breath You Take (The Police), Hotel California (The Eagles), Fly Me to the Moon (Frank Sinatra and Count Basie), Days of Wine and Roses (Henry Mancini), Yesterday (The Beatles), Crazy (Patsy Kline), just to name a few.

They are well suited for occasions of all kinds, including dinners, social events, wedding receptions, birthday and anniversary parties. Their music is great for easy listening, but is also suited for dancing. We think you will be very pleased with their fresh new look and sound.

This is an ensemble comprised of very experienced local musicians, Dave Brown - bass, Gary Tatlock - piano, Rich Porlides - drums, and Jeanine Tatlock - vocals. They have also collaborated with the Jack Edison Jazz Band (a 7-piece swing group) as well as The South Shore Brass.

The band is well equipped; requires an adequate AC power source. They will use an onsite grand piano if available, athough not a requirement.
