We had a joint bachelor/bachelorette party and this is the most fun we've had in a while.
We had ~20-30 people around ~30 and had a blast. Some of the guests were also moms with babies and Phil gave them balloon animals to take home. He's supe creative, very fun. Would highly recommend

We had PhilUp Balloons for our 70th anniversary celebration at the Brewster Federal Credit Union in July and the kids couldn’t get enough! He told stories and engaged the young people while he twisted balloons into all kinds of shapes for them to enjoy. Even after the event ended the kids were still in line waiting for his creations. He was the best and I would have him again.
