September 25, 2026Birthday Party
Everyone had such a great time. This was an adult party and he came up with balloons for everyone. Nothing but smiles and laughter the whole night. Will call on him again for sure!

August 10, 2026Had A Blast! Amazing Balloon Twisting
We had a joint bachelor/bachelorette party and this is the most fun we've had in a while.
We had ~20-30 people around ~30 and had a blast. Some of the guests were also moms with babies and Phil gave them balloon animals to take home. He's supe creative, very fun. Would highly recommend

August 4, 2026BALLOONS WERE A HIT!!
We had PhilUp Balloons for our 70th anniversary celebration at the Brewster Federal Credit Union in July and the kids couldn’t get enough! He told stories and engaged the young people while he twisted balloons into all kinds of shapes for them to enjoy. Even after the event ended the kids were still in line waiting for his creations. He was the best and I would have him again.

I have had PhilUp make balloons for multiple events for my preschool and he is a hit every time! The kids love him! He is so creative and can make just about anything they can dream up! He's amazing! I am so thankful to have found someone so talented to call when I need entertainment for the kids in the community or in my program!
