What to expect
I'm going to work with you to create a customized session that fits the needs of your group so don't be surprised if I ask lots of questions trying to get to know the group and the goals of the session. I can design the content and activities to fit the size of the group, the time frame you have available, and the learning you're looking to achieve. I don't have any specific technology needs - I can flex to almost any situation. I will bring all the handouts, supplies, and materials, set them up, and clean everything up before I go. For years I worked in the meeting planner role so I know the stresses on your side and I will minimize them as much as possible by being easy to work with and flexible. We'll work together to make it happen!

I'm truly passionate about anything and everything that makes an organization's culture tick. That includes (but is not limited to) personality styles, customer experience, leadership, strategic planning, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
In 15+ years of designing training, workshops, and seminars, I've worked with a wide variety of industries such as healthcare, accounting, non-profit, government organizations, military organizations, research centers, construction, heavy machinery, higher education, insurance, software, and more. If I haven't worked in your industry, don't sweat it - I will take the time to learn how to speak the lingo that relates to your audience.
Whether speaking to a team of 5 or 500, in person or via web conference, I keep it lively, engaging, and fun! Have a difficult group to impress? No problem! I enjoy the challenge of winning over a tough audience.
