Before the event, I like to understand the purpose of the gathering, the tone you want, the run of show, important names, sponsor acknowledgments, and any announcements or special moments that need to be handled with care.
During the event, I can welcome guests, introduce speakers and sponsors, make announcements, give directions, guide transitions, and help keep the energy positive, respectful, and on schedule.
