With a strong ability to engage with an audience, Paul is very good at making live music an experience, not just background sounds. Paul has professional level equipment capable of accommodating a crowd up to 250 people indoors or outdoors

Born in Texas and raised in the expansive landscapes of Central Coast, California, Paul West’s musical journey has taken him to the shores of Maui and the neon-lit oasis of Las Vegas. Paul grew up listening to classic rock and blues and was influenced by legends such as Johnny Cash, Neil Young, and Tom Petty. Paul’s music is a seamless fusion of country and the free-spirited energy of 70s folk rock. His ability to command attention and connect with audiences on a soulful level sets him apart in a crowded musical landscape. Eight years ago, Paul took a daring leap of faith, leaving behind a successful career to follow his heart's calling in the realm of music. His journey led him to the picturesque shores of Maui, where he assumed the role of Mick Fleetwood's full-time house musician at Mick's Lahaina music venue. In this role, Paul enchanted both visitors and locals with his spellbinding performances, creating a musical haven in the heart of the Pacific. After the Lahaina wildfire, life's unpredictable twists led Paul and his family to the neon-lit streets of Las Vegas, where he continued to let his melodies weave their magic.

Paul has quickly become a staple musician at Blake Shelton's new Las Vegas music venue "Ole Red” and has recently added a duo to his line-up called Desert Skies, bringing together Paul's rustic vocals and acoustic rhythms with tasty leads and riffs on electric guitar. Paul also writes and produces his own music with a full length album release in 2022 and following single releases, Paul is constantly writing and creating his own songs.
