Pat Martin Speaks

Pat Martin is the Pastor of the Purpose Church where she is "Empowering People for Life". She is a published Author and holds a BS degree in Nursing as a Registered Nurse. She has appeared twice on the nationally known Trinity Broadcasting Network and has had multiple appearances on other local shows talking about her work with Youth and her stage production called Resurrection.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of the non-profit organization KIDDS Dance Project. Over twenty years her purpose has been building character and self-esteem in kids through the performing arts. She taught herself to write Grants to help provide opportunities for under-served children to experience the Arts.

Her work has also been featured on, MTV, VH1, Comedy Central, CBS, NBC, Teen Nick and the CW just to name a few. She is also a Writer, Director and Producer and is excited to share that she and the KIDDS have recently traveled to New York City to perform her original play called "Butterfly " in an Off Broadway Theater. The life philosophy she always teaches the kids is that "Character is better than talent any day".

Ms. Martin recently survived the biggest health scare of her life when she was told she possibly had a Malignant Cancer. After enduring six days of waiting for the results which were negative she comes back stronger than ever and now empowered to tell others there is nothing they can’t survive. Fully aware that Empowered People Empower people she is now on a mission.
