November 15, 2022Sherri and her team made my husband's 60th birthday absolutely spectacular! They created an arcade theme space complete with every one of his favorite games from his youth. The decor was over the top with neon lighting and PacMan themed drinking glasses. They even included a prize room for guests to redeem their winning tickets. Our guests all asked when the hotel (where we held the party) had added the arcade. Folks simply couldn't believe how the event was staged for just one night. Hassle free planning and a fabulous night for the birthday boy. Who could ask for more!!!! Thanks Sherri!

Party411 Events offers our clients full coordination and/or other services on an individual basis as follows:
Corporate: theme, invitation design, logistics, entertainment, venue and best price vendor sourcing, registration services, goodie bags/favors, unusual distractions, run of show and basic management of the entire event including staff.
Non-Profit: same as above but with the added benefit of consulting on increasing attendance, the net revenue as well as visibility for the event. As well, we will not only bring new ideas to the table and coordinate them, we will enhance a recurring event to make it new again. We are available to manage silent/live auctions, raffles, wine pulls (and other unusual activities) plus maintain budgets and timelines.
Private: Party411 promises you a memorable event no matter what milestone you are celebrating. Be a guest at your event--we will manage everything, we will do it from beginning to end or step in mid-planning to assist.
In-house services other than planning (the Party911 aspect): graphics, signage, room and table decor, photo ops, seating cards, name badges, table tents, gift bags, backdrops, step and repeat banners for photos, hotel and transportation management, etc. Because Party411 creates all signage, printed items, etc., changes can be made up until the last minute by our staff.
Private:
Never expecting to be an event planner, I have found myself landing on my feet doing something creative--which is what I live for. Starting out with private events to self-promote myself as an author, I soon became the go to for unusual and extraordinary distractions plus consulting on not only the event but how to project your message for corporate events, raise funds for non profits and/or create something memorable for milestones. Over the years, throughout the country and in Cleveland, I have been lucky enough to coordinate parties for celebrities (musicians, Pro Football Hall of Famers and more), some of the most important charities starting with the first AIDS fundraiser in the 80's ever held in Cleveland while touching the lives of many of my clients for private celebrations. I am also lucky to have a wonderful staff of established professionals that allows me to be creative while the client enjoys themselves as a guest.
