Park Ave Songs

Clients can expect pleasant low key piano music with and without vocals. I will play a varied set list with some light rock, upbeat and soft instrumentals, a bit of jazz, along with ballads. Most music will be original, with growing number of covers added in. I'm currently a bit limited with requests, but again I'm expanding my covers. Most typical sets are 40 minutes long with 20 minute breaks, but I'm flexible. I have enough total material to play for up to 3 hours or more. I don't smoke and I do take my music production seriously and professionally.

I've played music since age 3. I started with a chord organ but eventually switched to piano in my late teens. I'm self taught and play strictly by memory, and I don't read music. I've written over 200 songs and have recorded 7 demo studio CD's. I've also recorded a single, "I Never Knew Love", featuring Orlando artist Kaitlin Folsom on vocals, engineered by Matt Kamm at Phat Planet Studios. The song was aired on several domestic and international radio stations, and received enough airplay in New York City to reach #77 on their Playlist of 400 songs. My music is heavily influenced by artists such as Elton John, Barry Manilow, Billy Joel, Jim Brickman, Jim Steinman, and others. My set list includes mostly easy listening, a little jazz, and light rock. I do vocals and solo instrumentals, along with background piano music. Most of my repertoire is original, but I do some covers and am expanding that part of my repertoire. I prefer intimate low key venues, but have also done background for wedding receptions and business events. I'd like to play primarily on late week and weekend events, during the evening, but I am flexible. As I'm relatively new to Gig Salad, my rates would be very competitive, and no commitments would be necessary. Looking forward to any contacts.
