Seasoned Singer and Pianist, David McBride provides a great evening of entertainment. David covers many varied styles of music including Great American Songbook, Contemporary hits, jazz, latin and classics from many genres. A true One Man Band PERFECT for upbeat venues including dancing. David has an extensive playlist of crowd favorites including a GREAT "Yacht Rock" show with many of the hits from the 1970's and 1980's sure to please a diverse crowd. David uses state of the art equipment including Nord keyboard and Bose sound system and uses several enhancements that add bass and drum and other instruments. Based in Palm Springs, CA 11/1-5/31 and Ogunquit, ME 6/1-10/31.

I had heard David McBride singing & playing several times, both on stage and in a restaurant setting, so I was delighted to be able to secure him for our event. He set up all his equipment himself, quickly and efficiently, without any issues. He has a great sound system with quality backing tracks. David has a very nice voice, good personality and is a skilled pianist. His music selection has a broad appeal, with many timeless songs that can be enjoyed by all ages. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
We are also looking forward to going to one of his stage shows again when he is performing in this area.

What to expect
David's versatility easily adapts to many environments. David can go from mood music in the background to lively interactive fun and dancing. David's "Yacht Rock" theme performance has been very popular with night clubs and restaurants wanting a happy hour theme or a specific night theme. The Yacht Rock event can be interactive (or not) including options for audience members to sing along with lyric charts and/or some audience participation vocally (depending on the venue guidelines)
David can also do spot on covers of greats like Billy Joel, Elton John and Barry Manilow, along with an extensive playlist of Great American Songbook classics.
