Paradise Strings

Classical and Contemporary in an intimate setting to enhance your special event. We offer Solo Violin, Solo Cello, as well as String Duo, Trio, and Quartet. Some combinations can also include Ukelele, Guitar, Harp, and Keyboard.

In addition, our newest packages feature PA sound + microphones as well as instrumental amplification to boost the volume so every word and every note comes through clearly for your guests.

We are an accomplished, experienced, and versatile string quartet, pleasing clients and their guests in Southwest Florida since 2000. However, our story as a musical group began much earlier, listening to songs together and coming up with our own variations to practice and perform. Individually, we knew our lives would be dedicated to music and performing for live audiences, and collectively, we couldn't be happier to make a career out of playing a variety of musical styles and perfecting our event performances.

Members of our group have experience playing with local groups such as Seaside Strings, Anton's Ensemble Soiree, Opera Naples, The Bach Ensemble, Naples Community Orchestra, Southwest Florida Symphony, Classical Chamber Concerts, and Charlotte Symphony Orchestra, as well as orchestras and performing groups in North Carolina, Ohio, Iowa, Illinois, and even internationally in Bermuda, Canada, Germany, Bavaria, Austria, and across Europe and Japan and have won international music competitions such as the International Chamber Music Competition Schweinfurt, Bavaria.

Our members have also performed with artists such as Michael Bolton, Johnny Mathis, Frankie Valli, The Irish Tenors, Ramin Diwadi, Bernadette Peters, Cirque Musica, Alan Parsons, The Little River Band, and Time For Three. Classical artist collaborations include performing with The Fandango Quintet, Pembroke Players String Quartet, the Dayelsford Symphony, Yehudi Menuhin, Heidelberg Chamber Orchestra, the Staatstheater Orchestra in Darmstadt, Germany, Wiesbaden Johann-Strauss Orchestra, the Salon Ensemble Soiree, and the German Chamber Orchestra.

In addition to performing regularly several of our members show their commitment to our community through work as music therapists at Naples Botanical Gardens and as music instructors for the non-profit MusicScores!, a literacy initiative designed to prepare needy preschoolers for kindergarten and live-long learning. Some members even have thriving music teaching studios with award-winning students. Paradise Strings is a well rounded and solid group of individuals that serve our community with the joy of music.

Paradise Strings provides mostly acoustic instrumentation (without amplification or tracks). For events that require greater volume, our newest packages do include, at an additional fee, ceremony sound (PA System + microphones) and/or instrumental amplification.
