It is very disappointing to read your comment, that is not what happened. We arrived on time, we received a message from your wedding coordinator saying that you arrived a little early and we commented that the address they gave us sent us half a mile from the venue. We arrived on time and no, we did not take a break after playing for 15 minutes. We played for 45 minutes and took a 15 minute break, then played another 30 minutes because your wedding coordinator asked us to stop because they were going to do the toast. She said that we did an amazing job and that is all for now.
Many people took the time to come out and express how great the music is and the good vibe we carry.
Communication is very important. We even dedicated two hours of our time learning a song that we did not have in our repertoire so that we could play it at your wedding, and thus accommodate your request. Thank you for your good comments and for appreciating all the efforts that the mariachi made. It is good to read and understand the contract and providing adequate space for the musicians is your responsibility.
For 20 years we have been providing our Mariachi service and we never had this kind of issues, and we always make sure that we are professionals in our job. If you hire our mariachi for 2hrs spect us to play 45 minutes and take 15 minutes for every hour of music, if you program to do any other thing in the time that we supposed to be playing is not our fault and our time keeps going.
