I am so please at the impeccable work done by Palmyra Ballon Art. Vendor arrived before the event started and once told where he was stationed he jumped right on in and begin to create art. The smiles on the children and adults alike faces with hats, bracelets and animal balloons on were priceless. Thank you so much for your time, dedication and your art.
