What To Expect During Your Magical Santa Visit

A typical Magic Santa visit would have Magical Santa arriving on time. Santa enters with a big, ho, ho Merry Christmas. A predesignated area with good lighting is awaiting Santa.

Santa can read the night before Christmas or as a group, we can sing Christmas carols. Also, should you desire our Magical Santa Show this is available.

If Santa is to deliver presents, there are several options for how that can be handled. This will be discussed during your initial scheduling contact.

Santa allows as many photos as you want during his visit. Of course, it is important that everyone gets a chance to get their photo with Santa. Making sure not one person or child spends all of the time Santa has available and others are left out.

Santa will not promise a child any gift or specific present. He will always give a vague answer that will allow the child to continue to hope they will get the present, The anticipation of what will be under the tree on Christmas morning is much of the fun of Christmas. This allows the parent or gift buyers to make the final decision.

Please remember, don’t force a child onto Santa’s lap. You may really want a picture but it becomes a battle of wills and everyone loses. Many things can scare children, it can be the beard or the symbol of Santa and they were told Santa knows everything. Let the child ease their way up to Santa and let Santa talk softly with the child. The child does not have to sit in Magical Santa's lap, Standing next to a sitting Santa is a wonderful photo. Another helpful hint is to let the older children or one that is not afraid go first. This will help the younger children gain confidence.

For smaller children, please hand the child to Santa. It is easier for a small child/infant to be passed to Santa than for Santa to try to reach for the child. The reaching can also startle or scare the child. This always works best with cameras already set and aimed before the child is with Santa. Take as many photos as possible.
Santa loves dogs and cats, he understands how important they can be to your family. However, at times they can be a problem for a Santa visit. We would love to discuss several scenarios on how best to include them.

Select two or three possible dates for your event. Prioritize by first, second, and third choice of dates and times.
The number of people at your event and what you have planned for Magical Santa to do should determine the length of the visit.
After Santa is scheduled, relax. You just secured wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.
