Outa Control Saturn started hoop dancing about 13 years ago while traveling the world with the Semester at Sea program. She has not put her hoop down since. She love to do public events but also small events and teach kids the basics of hula hooping. She has been featured many times in local newspapers, international blogs, and a major hooping website.
Hula hooping can take place anywhere as long as there is enough space to spin.
