When you book with me, you’re not just getting someone who presses play. I meet with every couple or client in advance to understand your vision, timeline, special requests, and overall vibe. You’ll get a simple DJ planning form that keeps everything organized - entrances, speeches, first dances, music styles, must-plays, and do-not-plays.
I’m available anytime for questions leading up to the event, and I arrive early (usually 2 hours or more) to set up sound, lighting, and wireless microphones. Once the event starts, you don’t have to watch the clock. I’m not a “by the hour” DJ... I’m there for the night, from the first guest to the last dance.

With more than 30 years behind the decks, I specialize in creating unforgettable wedding and event experiences across Ottawa, Gatineau, Manitoulin Island and the surrounding region. I take the time to learn about your love story, culture and musical tastes, then craft a playlist that blends everything from Motown and classic rock to French favourites and today’s chart‑toppers. You’ll get pro‑grade sound and lighting, a polished MC to guide the evening and seamless coordination with your venue and other vendors. I arrive early with backup equipment, handle announcements and formalities so you can relax, and keep the dance floor packed all night. Whether you’re hosting an elegant wedding, corporate gala or lively backyard party, my goal is to deliver a stress‑free celebration that reflects your personality and keeps your guests talking long after the last song.

My setup is fully self-contained. I bring my own sound system, lighting, wireless microphones, stands, cables, and backup equipment. All I require from the venue is:

* One standard 120V power outlet within 25 feet of the setup area

* A table (6 ft preferred) or a sturdy, level space for my DJ booth

* Indoor or covered outdoor location (equipment cannot be exposed to rain or moisture)

* If the event is outdoors, access to power or advance notice so a power solution can be arranged

For larger venues, tents, or multi-room setups (ceremony + reception), I can provide additional speakers, microphones, and wireless coverage with advance notice.
Sound levels are always kept appropriate to the venue and any local noise bylaws. I work directly with your planner or venue staff to coordinate setup, teardown, and any technical details.
