With experience spanning corporate leadership at Microsoft, nonprofit leadership, and social work, Onesa brings a unique perspective on resilience, leadership, workplace culture, and navigating adversity.

Her message is also deeply personal. After walking through a major medical crisis with her son, Onesa learned firsthand what it means to keep moving forward when life does not go according to plan. During that season, she also trained for and completed two marathons, using running as an anchor for resilience, discipline, and perseverance.
