All of our bartenders are professional and TABC certified to ensure your event is a success and allow you to enjoy every moment of your event!!!! We can also offer catering services through Newks. All alcohol must go through us and failure to do so can result in the bar being shut down early.

We booked with On the Rocks in the 11th hour and were very pleased with the service. David was our bartender and he was easy to get a hold of, reliable, and even was able to bring a friend to help with bussing. If we hosted another event in the Waco area we would 100% hire David again!
