Devonte and his team were amazing. They even brought additional touches to make the event special. They jumped in and took control, even when we had some issues with the margarita machine malfunctioning.

I've had the pleasure of attending three separate events hosted by On Deck. My first experience with On Deck was being introduced to them at a wedding of 200+ guests that they planned in only being hired 3 months before! Which went off without a hitch. Then they bartended and planned a friends birthday party with amazing cocktails and nice fall decorations and now a New Years gender reveal party?! What don't these guys do?!

We recently had the pleasure of working with On Deck Events for our New Year’s Eve and gender reveal party, and they exceeded all expectations! From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.
The outdoor bar setup created a perfect atmosphere for the event, and the bartender was both professional and personable, dressed to impress and adding a touch of class. The curated drink menu was simple yet elegant, perfectly suited for the occasion. On Deck Events even went above and beyond with a personalized digital menu, which was a fantastic touch.
Their communication throughout the process was seamless, and they took care of everything from setup to tear down, allowing us to truly enjoy the celebration without any added stress. I only know two drinks when it comes to social drinking but when we booked ON DECK EVENTS, they were fantastic with great new drink ideas and when are the best times to 😉 ENJOY them!!

2. Your custom shopping list + sourcing guidance
We tell you exactly what to buy (and how much), based on your menu + crowd.
3. Menu + logistics lock-in
Digital iPad menu included; we confirm bar placement, timing, and the plan for ice/coolers/backstock.
4. Day-of execution (done the ODE way)
Standard bookings include 4 service hours with setup + breakdown of the bar built in so you’re not scrambling.
5. Strike + handoff
We close down clean, reset what we used, and leave the bar area handled.

At On Deck Events, we deliver mobile bartending that’s clean, fast, and actually feels elevated—from backyard birthdays to black-tie weddings. You bring the alcohol; we build the shopping list, guide sourcing, and run service start to finish.
Expect licensed bartenders, a digital iPad menu, coordinated bowties, and a calm crew that keeps the line moving. Service includes setup and breakdown (with your booked package), plus general and liquor liability insurance for peace of mind. Serving Dallas–Fort Worth and areas surrounding North Texas.

- Alcohol: We’re a dry-hire service—you provide the alcohol, and we handle the planning + service around it.
- Travel: Travel is included up to 30 miles (One-way); mileage applies beyond the included radius.
-Staffing: We staff to your guest tier and service needs to keep flow smooth (nobody likes a 20-minute drink line).
- Add-ons available: hydration station (if not already included), champagne toast service, general event staff, additional bar location support, themed bar décor upgrades, and more.
