Hi, I'm a violinist with ten years of experience. I have performed in several orchestras, including pit orchestra, chamber groups, New York area all-state, Rockland all-county, New Jersey ARCO, and Immanuel School of Music Youth Orchestra. I am currently first violin in the symphony orchestra at Sacred Heart University. I was concertmaster of my high school orchestra. I also performed at Carnegie Hall my senior year of high school. I have won awards at chamber competitions, a NYSSMA excellence award, and second place in the Golden Prestige International Music Competition. I work part time as a private lesson teacher. I am available to play at any events in Connecticut.

What to expect

I have a wide range of repertoire that I can perform from multiple genres of music, from classical music to pop, contemporary, and even musical theatre. I am open to specific song requests. I am available to perform either solo or with a group.

About

I have played the violin since I was 8 years old. I have played throughout elementary, middle, and high school, playing in school orchestra as well as youth orchestras and chamber groups outside of school. In high school, I participated in NYSSMA, the annual New York State Music Evaluation Festival, every year. I participated at the highest level and received high scores. I also participated in all-county orchestra every year of high school. I was first violin all four years and was concertmaster my senior year. I participated in New York area all-state my junior year. Some significant accomplishments include winning second place in the Golden Prestige International Music Competition, performing at Carnegie Hall, and winning gold in a chamber competition, a NYSSMA excellence award, and an RCMEA all-county award, in addition to a county music scholarship. I am currently in the symphony orchestra in my college as first violin, third chair. I teach private lessons part-time and am looking to start playing gigs and performance opportunities.

Additional booking notes

Indoor venues are preferred, in some circumstances outdoor venues would be okay but the weather would need to be mild, not too hot and not too cold because the violin could be damaged if it's outside for a long period of time. The only equipment that would need to be provided is potentially a microphone if the venue is large.
