The Old Chap delivers a memorable show unlike any other! How so? The majority of the show is done without speaking. Slapstick comedy is a staple in the Old Chap's show, alongside some really great magic. On top of all that, this is a family-friendly show, meaning that the entire family can enjoy it!
I'm more than a magician, I'm also a Charlie Chaplin impersonator. I mix magic with slapstick comedy and juggling to create a unique and hilarious experience for all ages to enjoy! Magic duo Penn and Teller have had a great influence on my performance style, so I aspire to be as great as they are. I chose silent comedy because it's a language that everyone around the world can understand, and I aim to include as many people as possible to laugh with me (or at me)!
Most of the show is set to music, which I provide, but I'll need a speaker system depending on the size of the audience. I'll also need a microphone for the longer version of the show.
Charlie Chaplin has had the biggest influence on my performance style, while Penn and Teller are a major source of inspiration for the magic that I perform.
A speaker system with either Bluetooth or HDMI compatibility
