First and (most important of all) is providing the right kind of music requested by the client. As an entertainer, I always anticipate the clients needs to make sure there happy with my professional abilities. I make a point to go that extra mile when needed. I keep my music library up to date with the availability of popular songs as well as trends that's expected of me. l also enjoy engaging with the audience and get to know the kind of crowd I'm entertaining. It's always important to me to keep an up beat attitude. My professional attitude makes a difference as opposed to just being there for the money. My ultimate goal is to bring joy and fun for those I entertain.
My name is Omer Giguere. Retired a year ago and want to become a DJ/Karaoke. In my past I was lead singer with 3 bands and have been in musical theatre. My taste in music is extensive and also keep up with current trends. I don't want to limit myself to certain age groups, but enjoy entertaining older groups such as (Baby Boomers). I have invested in pro. equipment and ready to start to get into the business.
I currently have new audio equipment that is good enough for large or small groups.

As an older entertainer I admire young artists with a diversity of music from standards, pop, rap,and etc. .I was impressed with the duet album featuring Tony Bennett and Lady gaga. That was a great collaboration. In the past I was involved as lead vocalist in three top 40's band in the seventies. My favorites influences in the past were Fleetwood Mac, Carol King, Elvis, the Beatles, and numerous other popular artist of that era, also the 80's, 90's and to the present time. I also have a background in being a DJ entertainer for many years at my place of work which provide lot's of fun.
