We will decorate your entire event, from wall décor to table top décor, you dream it and we will do everything possible to make it come true.
EVENT CONSULTATION
Our event planners are professionals with a variety of experience. If you want to plan your own event, but have no idea where to start, feel free to contact us and we can talk to you about the different consultation services we offer.
EVENT SET-UP AND OVERSIGHT
Being a host can be quite stressful, that’s why we offer an event set-up and oversight packages. Our experienced event planners will be at your event at least 2 hours early to ensure that everything is set-up to your standards, as well as being present during the entirety of your function. Also offering clean-up services, we will make sure that not only your guests, but also that you are able to have a wonderful time at your event.
FULL SERVICE EVENT PLANNING
With this service we will handle ALL aspects of your event. Not only will we help you plan your entire event from start to finish, we will also find the right vendors and handle the negotiations and contracts. Our event planners and coordinators will handle the day of the event-set up, as well as oversee the entire function so there will be nothing for you to worry about.
RFP CREATION
We will write your RFP for you and accompany you to site visits and/or complete then ourselves.
STATIONARY DESIGN
We will design all materials pertaining to your event, including but not limited to, invitations, menus, agendas, flyers, guest books, etc.
WEBSITE DESIGN
We can create a wonderfully designed, customized website for your event that will reflect your style beautifully.
A ’LA CARTE SERVICES
If you don’t need a full package, but still need our assistance for the minor details then our a-la-carte service is perfect for you.
Our professional event planners can put together beautiful destination weddings and large corporate gatherings. Offering various services like day of coordination, full event planning, event design, linen rentals, decorations, etc., our team of creative and skillful event coordinators and planners are at your service.
