January 28, 2016Rich handled all the concert sound needs and engineering for our event. He consulted with the entertainment and customized to equipment and sound to the facility and the entertainers, giving a true concert experience. Even better, this was an outdoor event, where I've heard other sound companies abilities fade. Captivesoundz brought all the acoustics together!

January 2, 2016We have had Rich Reinke from Captivesoundz do several shows for us here at "THE WORLD FAMOUS PIONEER CLUB" and he does a fantastic job of making sure he meats all our expectations. I would tell any venue operator that the extra cost for a professional like Rich and his crew is always worth the cost. You should be looking at it as an investment in your events success. Rich knows how demanding we are and he really makes the entire process painless. There has been instances where we have had to change from an outside show to inside show mid or after setup and he just smiles and makes it happen. For the use of our stages or risers, we require that the surface the stage is being used on is relatively flat, hard and dry. We reserve the right to refuse to setup our equipment on surfaces that are deemed as an unsafe condition.
