OUR SERVICES
- Professional Sound & Lighting: We own our sound and lighting equipment and pass the savings on to you. We will even provide a sound engineer for your portion of the event at no additional charge.
- Ballroom Ambience: Whether a gym, fellowship hall, or banquet room we provide perimeter up lighting around the room to transform your space into a ballroom dance hall.
- Dance Instruction: Guests less familiar with swing dancing appreciate that dance lessons are included in the evening entertainment. We have relationships with several instructors and will coordinate and pass through the expense at no mark up.
- DJ Intensity without the DJ: While we can't match non-stop digital music provided by a DJ, live music is more engaging. We quickly transition from chart to chart to maintain the energy and keep dancers on the floor. When the band and dancers need to catch our breath, we build in meaningful and entertaining audience interaction.
- Non-Stop Entertainment: Band breaks don’t mean a break in the entertainment. We provide line dancing during the breaks. For some events, we will include a Swing Dance Club Demonstration as well.
- Promotional Support: We want your event to be a success. For open-to-public events, our pricing includes paid social media and promoting your event to our fan base.
- Host Resource Guide & Checklist: Whether you've booked a band in the past or this is the first time, we provide a Host Resource Guide & Checklist that makes it a little less stressful to host an event. Topics includes Best Practices for a Successful Event, How to Create a Flyer/Poster, a Promotion Timeline, Organizing a Volunteer Staff, Setting a Ticket Price, Concession Sales, Room Setup, and more.
