When Noraverse arrives, our goal is to make guests stop, look, smile and want to be part of what’s happening. Our performers don’t simply stand in costume for photographs—they interact, engage, improvise and help bring the atmosphere of your event to life.

Depending on your event, your Noraverse experience may include larger-than-life stilt walkers, beautifully costumed characters, roaming and interactive performers, specialty acts, themed entertainment, custom-created characters and immersive experiences designed specifically for your audience.

Every detail matters. Our professional costume design and fabrication background means our performers arrive looking polished, intentional and visually spectacular. Costumes, styling, character personalities and performance are considered together so the experience feels cohesive rather than like separate pieces added to an event.

And the entertainment doesn’t have to stop when your guests get hungry or thirsty.

Noraverse Creative Concessions turns food and beverages into part of the experience. Imagine a whimsical character serving cotton candy, a themed popcorn experience, frozen drinks presented from an immersive cart, or a spectacular costumed performer serving a signature cocktail created for your event. We call it edible entertainment—because even the concessions can become something guests photograph, talk about and remember.

We can work within an established theme or collaborate with you to create something completely original. Corporate celebrations, festivals, grand openings, resorts, private parties, community events and special productions can all be customized for the space, audience and desired level of interaction.

Noraverse Entertainment was created from a lifelong love of costume, theatre, character and the magic that happens when an audience becomes part of the experience.

Founded by award-winning costume designer Lenora Nikitin, Noraverse grew from decades of professional costume design and fabrication for theatre, cruise lines, theme parks, live entertainment and special events. Through our costume division, NoraJune Designs, our work has appeared on stages, ships and entertainment venues across the country.

But beautiful costumes were only the beginning.

Noraverse was created to bring the entire experience to life. We combine original character design, extraordinary costuming, professional performers, interactive entertainment and imaginative storytelling to create experiences guests don’t simply watch — they step into.

Our entertainment can include stilt walkers, costumed characters, specialty performers, interactive characters, themed entertainment and custom concepts created specifically for an event. From elegant and sophisticated to whimsical, fantastical and wonderfully over-the-top, we design each experience around the audience, environment and vision of our client.

And sometimes, even the refreshments become part of the show.

Through Noraverse Creative Concessions, traditional event treats and beverages are transformed into edible entertainment. Popcorn, cotton candy, frozen drinks, signature cocktails and other favorites can be paired with themed presentation, imaginative carts and costumed performers to create another layer of interaction for guests.

What truly makes Noraverse different is that the costume, character and experience can all begin under one creative roof. We aren’t limited to pulling an existing costume from a closet or offering the same character at every event. Our professional costume-design and fabrication background gives us the ability to develop original looks and concepts specifically for the worlds our clients want to create.

Whether we’re creating an unforgettable entrance for a corporate event, filling a festival with larger-than-life characters, adding magic to a private celebration or developing something completely original, our goal is always the same:

Technical requirements vary depending on the entertainment or experience selected. We’ll discuss all requirements with you in advance so there are no surprises on event day.

For roaming characters and performers, we typically require a private, secure changing area, access to restrooms, drinking water, and a safe path between the changing area and performance space.

Stilt performers require appropriate ceiling clearance and a safe, relatively level performance surface. Stairs, steep inclines, low ceilings, loose gravel, wet surfaces and other potential obstacles should be discussed in advance. A private dressing/staging area with appropriate space for the performer to prepare is required.

Creative Concessions requirements vary by service. Depending on the selected cart or equipment, we may require access to standard electrical power, potable water, ice, refrigeration or an appropriate service area. We will confirm power and space requirements for your specific package before the event.

For outdoor events, weather conditions must allow performers and equipment to operate safely. Covered or shaded areas may be required for certain experiences.

Most roaming entertainment does not require a stage, lighting or sound system. If your experience includes a choreographed performance, specialty act or custom production requiring staging, lighting, sound or music playback, those requirements will be established during planning.
