Lighting: Standard venue lighting is sufficient. Additional accent lighting is optional but not required.
Sound: No sound system or amplification is needed.
Power: Access to a standard electrical outlet is helpful if bar lighting or equipment is used but not mandatory.
Water Access: Nearby water access is preferred for efficiency and cleanliness.
Alcohol & Supplies: Alcohol can be provided by the client or coordinated in advance, depending on local regulations. Glassware, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools can be discussed and customized per event.
