Noel was this elf’s name. All the children and adults love NOEL. She has helped Santa Blue Eyes in multiple high visible events to include events like city tree lighting events, and breakfast with Santa. Noel has helped with groups of up to 1000 citizens with cheer and joy. I love having her as an elf.
