NoCo Party is a fully mobile DJ and entertainment service, equipped with professional-grade sound and lighting systems suitable for events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions.

We arrive ready to handle all core setup needs, but here’s what we ask to ensure the best performance experience:

Power & Space:
• Access to one dedicated 15–20 amp circuit (standard outlet) within 25 feet of the DJ area.
• If lighting or additional speakers are requested, we may require a second dedicated circuit.
• A minimum space of 8 ft x 6 ft for standard DJ setup (larger setups or lighting packages may need additional room).
• Setup area should be covered or shaded if outdoors, to protect equipment from sun or moisture.

Setup & Load-In:
• Setup time: 60–90 minutes prior to start time (depending on package).
• Teardown time: Approximately 45–60 minutes after event conclusion.
• Easy ground-level or elevator access is preferred for quick setup; please advise of stairs or long-distance load-ins in advance.
• Parking access close to the venue entrance or load-in point is appreciated.

Sound & Lighting:
• NoCo Party provides all required sound equipment, including:
• Professional DJ controller or mixer
• Two powered speakers (additional speakers available for larger venues)
• Wireless microphones (for speeches, toasts, or announcements)

Audio cables and backup systems
• Optional uplighting, dance lighting, and effects available depending on package.
• For multi-room or large venue setups, please confirm if additional sound zones or satellite speakers are needed.

Venue Coordination
• We work directly with venue coordinators, planners, and AV teams to align on setup logistics, power access, and sound levels.
• We can connect via email or phone prior to the event to confirm all technical details.

Other Notes
• Client or venue-provided tables (minimum 6 ft) are appreciated but not required; we can bring our own table and facade if needed.
• Outdoor setups may require tenting or weather protection in case of rain.
• NoCo Party carries backup equipment and power protection for reliability at every event.
