Nia Rennix is a leadership and community impact speaker and founder of Rennix Way Group, where she advises organizations on food access, dignity-centered service, and community impact.
She currently serves as an Executive Director with the American Red Cross, where she leads large-scale initiatives and supports communities through crisis—bringing real-world experience into every talk.
Nia’s work sits at the intersection of leadership, service, and systems change. Through both her executive leadership and consulting work, she helps organizations rethink how they design and deliver programs that truly meet the needs of the communities they serve.
Her speaking focuses on:
