N.E.W. Santa Claus
Overview
I am a Passionate and Energetic, Real-Bearded Santa who loves to inspire children to believe in the Miracle of Christmas. I genuinely love children and go out of my way to make the events memorable. My excitement is contagious, and the children leave even more excited!
I am insured and have annual background checks. I also have youth protection training from many different agencies. I have been a trained mandatory reporter for child abuse throughout my career as a paramedic.
My wife and I had hosted many foster children and exchange students. I have 43 years as a volunteer with Scouting America (formerly Boy Scouts of America), 18 years with the 4-H, and 12 years with Girl Scouts USA.

December 23, 2025Awesome Santa
He took the time to personally talk to each of the 8 children that were there. He showed them magic tricks and told them stories. He was very professional and entertaining

What to expect
N.E.W. Santa Claus lets his true love of children and their safety lead the show. When he arrives, he prefers to make a grand entrance singing songs started by the party host. He then spends time telling the children why he's there ("I've been making my list, and checking it twice, and I found out that you've been nice"). We then share stories, look at the nice list (The naughty list doesn't exist), gives gifts and then works his way out.
Home visits can also be set for early in the morning, before school. Santa can cook with the kids, making omelets, pancakes, cookies etc. If we are outside of meal time, I ask parents to have a number of photos of their family printed and a photo album. I work with your children to make a "gift for Mrs. Claus" who loves family photos. . . The photo book stays with you!
Plan your visits early in the season and shoot as many photos as you'd like. . . Photobooks make great family gifts for Grandparents!
About
I have many years entertaining children as both Santa and costumed characters. I have a true love for Children and want to do whatever I can to inspire them towards a safe, happy life. My wife and I have been foster parents to many children and have been a volunteered with Scouts for more than 40 years and 4-H for more than 20. As such I have taken many classes in youth protection and place the child's welfare above all else.
I am a retired Paramedic and have dedicated myself to ensuring everyone's health and wellness.
I am happy to provide certificates for current youth protection training, background checks and insurance upon request. I've lived my life ensuring that all searches come back exemplary!
Additional booking notes
A visit with Santa can be a fantastic event for your families or staff. Please consider these tips to make the event better.
Before your Event
Please provide a contact person for the event and their cell number.
Talk with Santa before the event to discuss specifics and any suggestions to make your event memorable.
Answer the questionnaire to help Santa with child specifics.
Time of Event
Provide a parking space for Santa that is close to the entrance but falls outside inquisitive eyes.
Have someone outside to meet Santa to provide last-minute instructions and help load any gifts.
Plan for Santa to make a Grand Entrance.
Place Santa's chair in front of a great holiday background or decorations. Your photo memories will thank you! Please avoid setting up in front of a fireplace; Santa dresses very warmly.
Please help with the details. Santa is very old and cannot always remember all the details.
Address your child by name.
Ask them about their "elf on the shelf," teacher, sports interests, etc.
Unfortunately, we live in a time when everyone is hypersensitive to touch. Santa will have you lift your younger children to put on his lap. Older children will be allowed to sit on their own. Please encourage your non-believers to participate.
Have everyone prepared to shoot photos
Charge camera batteries
Provide good lighting
Santa is happy to shoot photos with pets, but please let him know in advance. Have a lap blanket available that won't be distracting in the pictures. Santa visits many children who may have allergies; getting pet hair from the pants and coat is difficult. He'd hate to bring your pet along to the next visit.
Place cash payment in an envelope marked "My Christmas Wish List" to give to Santa.
Santa is there to entertain the children, not babysit. Please have parents available to work with their children while Santa gives special one-on-one attention to another child. Yours will receive the same attention.
Help Santa stay on time, keep the children together, and keep them occupied so Santa can have a few minutes to depart.
After the event
Please write a review or testimonial. If possible, please share as many photos as possible. Santa would love to include your event on his website to inspire others!

Influences and inspiration
St. Nicholas is obviously the most influential person to my role, but I have been trained by many National Hall of Fame Santas. I also bring to the role a true love of children that becomes obvious in my tone of voice, actions and the children's response to a person who only wants to create Joy in their lives!
Setup requirements
Please have gifts ready if you'd like Santa to deliver them to the children. Place Santa's chair in front of a great holiday background or decorations. Your photo memories will thank you! Please avoid setting up in front of a fireplace; Santa dresses very
